Login instructions for HIDOE K-12 Students

Schools using Canvas for their students should provide the login information to the students.

• https://canvas.k12.hi.us/
• Username: 10-digit Student ID

If a student needs to reset their password, they can use the Forgot Password? link on the login screen.

1. Enter your Username
2. Click Request Password
3. An email with additional information will be sent to the default email.
   1. For HIDOE students, your primary email address in Canvas is defaulted and locked to the 10-digit Student ID@k12.hi.us (e.g., 1234567890@k12.hi.us). If you prefer to be contacted at a different email address, you MUST ADD a preferred email address to your contact methods and SET THIS to be your default."  (See how-to instructions on adding an email and setting it to be your default.)

If you do not know your username or you did not receive an email, please contact your school for assistance with resetting your password.
