Reauthorize Webex Error Christy Sato Modified on: Fri, 21 Apr, 2023 at 11:10 AM Cisco Webex Meetings: Troubleshooting the "Reauthorize Webex" ErrorAccess the Cisco Webex link in any of your Canvas courses.Select the Virtual Meetings tab Log out of Webex inside Canvas by clicking on the door with an arrow on the Virtual Meetings page.The page will then ask you to sign into WebexYou will then be prompted to enter your email address (EmployeeID@k12.hi.us) and allow Cisco Webex permissions to your accountThen you will be back to the virtual meetings screen and can create meetings againAdvanced Steps:If following the steps above does not resolve your issue, you may need to do the following:Log out of Canvas.Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.Close your browser.Open the browser and log back in to Canvas.Try following the steps in the first section again.
