Reauthorize Webex Error

Cisco Webex Meetings: Troubleshooting the "Reauthorize Webex" Error

  • Access the Cisco Webex link in any of your Canvas courses.
  • Select the Virtual Meetings tab 
  • Log out of Webex inside Canvas by clicking on the door with an arrow on the Virtual Meetings page.
  • The page will then ask you to sign into Webex
  • You will then be prompted to enter your email address (EmployeeID@k12.hi.us) and allow Cisco Webex permissions to your account
  • Then you will be back to the virtual meetings screen and can create meetings again
  • Advanced Steps:
  • If following the steps above does not resolve your issue, you may need to do the following:
    • Log out of Canvas.
    • Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
    • Close your browser.
    • Open the browser and log back in to Canvas.
    • Try following the steps in the first section again.
