Accessing the Link to Your Webex Meeting Scheduled in Canvas

To retrieve the link to a Webex meeting scheduled in your Canvas course, follow these instructions:

• After scheduling your Webex meeting in your Canvas course, 
• log into the HIDOE's Webex site, https://hidoe.webex.com and sign in. 

• Click on the calendar icon in the left navigation menu > then click on the title of the desired meeting.

• The meeting information including the link will appear.
