Downloading a Recording

If you would like to download your recording to clear up space in your Webex account or to keep a copy of your recording for later use, follow these steps:




You must enter your 8-DigitEmployeeID@k12.hi.us account.

 

You will be prompted to select your account and enter your password to sign in to your Webex account.



  • Click on Recordings in the left menu
  • Locate the recording you would like to download
  • Click on the download arrow.
  • Your downloaded recording should be found in your Downloads folder or the location you have selected.
